Role Description:

A Product Specialist here at RingLead is someone who strives to know everything about the technology they are demonstrating. A  Product Specialist will be the expert on ins and outs of our technology, our competitors, and the partner software we integrate with. We are looking for someone with passion for our technology and market space who can also communicate this passion along with the value RingLead provides.

To be a successful Product Specialist here at RingLead you need to have the ability to quickly grasp Technology. Be able to learn our software and quickly point out the advantages and value propositions of the software to a potential customer. Product Specialist are expected to constantly learn about the industry and our competitors’ offerings. You are the guide to get a customer from a want to a need on our product and are instrumental to improving sales across the company.

You will become an expert on the #1 data management solution in the industry, the DMS Platform and our suite of products. The goal a Product Specialist strives to achieve is excellence in product knowledge for our platform as well as our key partners such as Salesforce, and Marketo. RingLead is a performance based environment. Responsibilities:

  • Success will be measured monthly based on achieving your employee expectations and continuously working to improve.
  • Perform demonstrations and work to bring customers forward in the sales process to close new business
  • Provide technical advice for Account Executives to help them get the customer to the demonstration
  • Keep up with all of our competitors’ offerings and be able to speak about our strengths when compared to their offerings
  • Keep up with best practices for how our software should integrate in with our various partners (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) and become true certified experts in those platforms.
  • Provide information to the Product Team on any key suggestions or potential advancements in our software customers seem to want or need.
  • Discuss Strategies everyday with the Account Executives you are working with to form a plan for each and every demonstration you conduct.

Basic Skills & Requirements:

  • Quickly learn new technology
  • Strong demonstrated Verbal and Written skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong presentation skills remote and in person
  • Strong work ethic
  • Team player
  • Some experience with CRM software
  • Experience with online meeting technology

Preferred Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • 2-3 years in a customer facing, technology driven role (Customer Success, Customer Support, etc.) preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong knowledge of CRM Practices
  • Some experience with Marketing Automation software
  • Proven ability to present a SaaS solution to a client remotely
  • Experience producing videos for training purposes
  • Excellent customer references
