Role Description:

We are currently looking for a resourceful, driven, team player with a competitive spirit, and strong business acumen to help contribute to the rapidly growing sales team. If you have a passion for technology sales, enjoy making customers happy, and at least 3 years experience in a sales role, you could be a great fit for our organization.

Successful Directors of Sales at RingLead have the ability to close all new business from their assigned BDR, work closely with current customers to ensure renewals, increase cross-sell, upsell opportunities, and open new customer opps through target accounts. All of our sales professionals have the ability to continuously learn and develop their skills through our two virtual training programs, the RingLead Library and the RingLead University. Our Directors are engaged with their customers at every level of the sales cycle, from account planning, through the development of the deal, to the close of business. They're the trusted advisors to the RingLead customer base. 

This person won't simply focus on selling the world's #1 data management solution, they will also cross-sell our entire suite of products, which includes world-class solutions: DMS Cleanse, DMS Duplicate Prevention, DMS Enrichment, and DMS Capture, and our full suite, DMS.

The goal of a Director is to build strong pipeline consisting of decision makers and influencers and schedule product demos and proposal calls on a weekly basis (aiming to fill their calendars). The goal for the overall sales department is to build an organization of smart, ambitious Directors, committed to our performance-based culture, continuous learning, and to exceeding our customer's expectations.

Compensation:

BASE + COMMISSION + SALES INCENTIVES + STOCK

*Average Director earns between $125k- $200k in their first 12 months at RingLead*

Responsibilities:

  • Success will be measured quarterly based on achieving your employee expectations and continuously working to improve.
  • Demo RingLead DMS product for new business and current customers
  • Close new business brought in from BDR team
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the Enterprise or Commercial pipeline
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
  • Cross-sell and upsell current customers to complete RingLead DMS Suite
  • Successfully partner with business leaders to understand the business needs and execute on goals to foster an environment of sustainable growth and success.

Basic Skill & Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a previous sales position
  • Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, positive team environment
  • Strong desire to be in Technology Sales
  • Motivated, proactive, and dynamic sales approach
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycle
  • Experience managing a quota (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly)
  • 4-year BA/BS Degree

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior SaaS sales experience specifically
  • Having an understanding of SaaS or technology sales
  • Previous Sales Methodology training
  • Salesforce or any CRM user experience
  • Strong customer references
